Rare glimpse of Survival Video: Survivor Walks Out Of Air India Crash Site, Plane Burns Behind Him

A new video from the Air India crash shows a heartbreaking but powerful moment: the only known survivor, Vishwash Kumar Ramesh, walking away from the wreckage while the plane burns behind him. In the video, some bystanders are seen shouting as smoke billows in the background. Suddenly, Ramesh emerges from the burning wreckage and is spotted by one of the bystanders. The flight had just taken off from Ahmedabad for London when it crashed into a residential area, killing 241 people on board and dozens more on the ground. Somehow, Ramesh—who was sitting near an emergency exit—was thrown clear when part of the plane broke off. Injured and dazed, he managed to walk to help.   The video of him walking out of the flames has struck a deep chord with people around the world. It’s a rare glimpse of survival in the middle of so much loss. While investigators try to understand what went wrong—whether it was mechanical failure, pilot error, or something else—this single moment of survival has become a symbol of both the horror and the human strength in the face of tragedy.

Air India Turns Back or Reroutes 16 Flights After Trouble Breaks Out Between Israel and Iran

Air India Turns Back or Reroutes 16 Flights After Trouble Breaks Out Between Israel and Iran

Due to rising tensions after Israel’s recent strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities and Iran's decision to close its airspace, 16 Air India flights had to either turn back or take a different route on Friday, June 13. These changes mostly impacted flights heading toward Europe and the US, as they usually pass through that region. Air India shared a message saying they’re sorry for the disruption and are doing their best to help affected passengers. This includes offering hotel stays, full refunds for cancellations, or free rescheduling for those who need it. The airline also mentioned they’re working on other travel arrangements to get passengers to their destinations as smoothly as possible. Travelers are advised to check their flight status regularly as the situation is still developing.   What About Other Airlines? It’s not just Air India feeling the pressure. Other big airlines like Lufthansa, Emirates, and British Airways have also changed their routes or canceled flights through the region. This part of the Middle East is really important for flights going between Asia, Europe, and America, so this situation could affect a lot of global travel for a while. What Should You Do? If you have a flight coming up, it’s a good idea to double-check the status before heading to the airport. Air India has said they’ll refund tickets or help rebook flights if plans were thrown off by all this.

A guaranteed MSP cannot be announced, as the Center has made clear. The leaders of the farmer unions and the Union ministers Piyush Goyal, Arjun Munda, and Nityanand Rai have ended their third round of talks with the Punjab Chief Minister in Chandigarh. The conversation was "very positive," according to Union Agriculture Minister Arjun Munda, and they had agreed to get together again on Sunday night. As the Kisan Mazdoor Morcha coordinator, Sarvan Singh Pandher, put it, "If the commitments made during the meeting are translated into action, it would be highly beneficial for the farmer." This statement summed up the conversation well. Speaking to the media, Mann stated that all of the demands put out by the farmers were considered in a constructive setting. "As the state's chief, I stood up since Punjabi farmers are the ones most impacted. All of the topics were thoroughly discussed."I brought up the subject of three districts' internet bans and how they affect students taking exams. Why are they at fault? The farmers displayed shot rounds. We remarked that this was not how the farmers should be handled.

Budget 2024 For a few hours of Budget presentation, preparations start 6 months in advance know why

Union Budget 2024: On Thursday, February 1, 2024, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is scheduled to deliver the Interim Budget 2024. Every budget includes some items that address the needs of various government agencies, states, union territories, and citizens from all walks of life in India. For those in business and the salaried class, it is one of the most anticipated occasions of the year. During their potentially multi-hour speech, the finance minister makes several significant announcements. But it takes six months to develop the budget that is presented in a few hours. Are you aware of the reason? Be aware of thisInterim Budget 2024: What can we expect when Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presents the Interim Budget 2024 on February 1, 2024? A member of the salaried class for tax breaks; an entrepreneur for programs that support entrepreneurs; an experienced businessman for regulations that can protect their company or boost their earnings. For this reason, most Indians pay attention to the significant statements made by the finance minister during their annual speech. These announcements contained in the budget speech could be made in a few minutes or several hours. However, the preparation time for a speech that lasts only a few hours is about six months.Interim Budget 2024: On February 1 at 11 a.m., Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is scheduled to read the Interim Budget 2024 in the Parliament. The Interim Budget, which will implement the major decisions taken by the Center, is the focus of attention. Prior to the Lok Sabha elections, the departing government presents the interim budget during the budget session. After winning the Lok Sabha elections, the newly formed government then presents the comprehensive budget. In addition to discussing the government's accomplishments since 2014, FM Sitharaman's Interim Budget is anticipated to look ahead to Amrit Kaal in 2047. Similar to the previous interim budget, the Budget 2024 paper is anticipated to provide historical context, assess the current situation, and outline plans for the future. A summary of the government's anticipated revenue and outlays through the formation of the next government is the primary purpose of the interim budget. A comprehensive budget, on the other hand, addresses every facet of government funding, including receipts and outlays as well as allocations and policy declarations. A full-year budget outlines the nation's economic course for the whole fiscal year and acts as a strategic plan. The financial data for the transitional phase is provided by the interim budget. The timeline for presenting an interim budget is identical to that of the Union budget during a regular fiscal year. The Interim Budget has grown in importance for the ruling administrations in recent years as a tactical instrument for national elections. It enables them to outline the ruling party's economic strategy and provide justification for reelection. Some significant modifications were announced by former FM Piyush Goyal in the most recent interim budget: > Earnings up to Rs 5 lakh are exempt from income tax; individuals with gross incomes up to Rs 6.5 lakh are exempt from paying taxes if they invest in authorized stocks and provident funds. The TDS level on interest on bank and post office deposits was raised from Rs 10,000 to Rs 40,000. The TDS barrier on rental income was increased from Rs 1.8 lakh to Rs 2.4 lakh. The standard tax deduction for salaried individuals was raised from Rs 40,000 to Rs 50,000. I-T will process returns in a day.> In the following two years, all tax return verification will be completed electronically without involving the taxpayer. a bundle of Rs.The 74-page report, "The Indian Economy: A Review," authored by Chief Economic Advisor V Anantha Nageswaran, was delivered by the NDA administration this year. It provided an assessment of India's economy and outlined difficulties for the upcoming fiscal year. "This is not the Department of Economic Affairs' Economic Survey of India. Following the general elections, it will take precedence over the entire budget. The paper titled "Indian Economy–A Review" stated, "This review offers a brief sketch of the outlook for the economy in the coming years and takes stock of the state of the Indian economy and its journey over the last ten years." Following the presentation of the Interim Budget, a vote-on-account is held by the Parliament. This clause enables the government to secure parliamentaryA complete budget and an interim budget are comparable. One significant distinction is that it covers forecasts for a shorter time frame instead of the whole fiscal year. Without requiring a formal discussion, Parliament can pass a vote-on-account that just addresses spending.

Does the I.N.D.I.A. Come to an End With Nitish Kumars Return to the Government-Led Bloc?

The opposition I.N.D.I.A group and the government-led NDA will compete in the April–May Lok Sabha elections. One of the key members of the recently established Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (I.N.D.I.A.) departed last week to join the state-led coalition in Bihar, casting doubt on the alliance's unity.Nitish Kumar, the chief minister of Bihar state and leader of Janata Dal United (JDU), resigned from his position and broke with the Indian National Democratic Alliance (INDIA) before joining the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA).Nitish Kumar, the chief minister of Bihar state and leader of Janata Dal United (JDU), resigned from his position and broke with the Indian National Democratic Alliance (INDIA) before joining the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA).On Sunday, he took the oath anew with his newly appointed cabinet for a record-breaking ninth time. The I.N.D.I.A., which aims to bring together non-BJP forces in order to stop the NDA from winning a third consecutive term in the Lok Sabha elections in 2024, was formed with Kumar's help. His decision to transfer comes as the coalition is having trouble coming to a consensus on seat distribution and electoral strategy.Impact on I.N.D.I.A.: After declaring his new administration, Kumar voiced his displeasure with the state of affairs within the opposition alliance. "We formed a new Grand Alliance in August 2022, but it's not doing well. It does not appear positive for the situation. No one else (in the alliance) has been doing anything, despite my tireless efforts to build a strong, meaningful (I.N.D.I.A.) alliance, Kumar told reporters on Sunday.Desh Ratan Nigam, a political analyst, stated to Sputnik India that Kumar's withdrawal from the alliance will erode public perception, which is a crucial factor in elections.     "With Mamata Banerjee opting to run for every seat in West Bengal and Punjab state president Bhagwant Mann having already intimated that there will not be any seat sharing in the state, Congress has found itself isolated inside the coalition. In the meantime, Maharashtra has also delineated a distinct battleground, according to Nigam.Similar to his opinions, Shekhar Iyer, another political analyst, told Sputnik India that inconsistencies within the I.N.D.I.A. alliance have surfaced in public. "Apart from Nitish Kumar, a few other opposition bloc members have also identified a number of issues, such as Congress's unilateral actions, the absence of any conversation regarding seat sharing, and the lack of preparations," Iyer stated.

How Biden might lose the election due to the border

The mother of Donald Trump is from Tong, a little Scottish town of 500 people that was formerly under Viking rule. The Heinz family originated in Kallstadt, a Bavarian hamlet with a population of 1,200, where his grandpa was born. England and Ireland are where Joe Biden's forefathers originated. Even Native Americans, who have lived in America for a far longer time than anyone else, are immigrants. The allure of the nation is such that 160 million adults worldwide state that, given the opportunity, they would also relocate there. That's a lot more than the majority of Americans are willing to let in.The fundamental problem that may cost President Biden the election is this mismatch. Riding "border chaos," Mr. Trump won the Republican nomination in 2016 and went on to win the presidency. He ran his campaign at the time on the false pretense that a record number of people were crossing the border illegally. Although it wasn't true back then, it is now.As the US and Texas governments are at odds, Joe Biden begs for emergency powers to close the overflowing border. In the midst of the US-Texas government crisis, President Joe Biden made a passionate plea to lawmakers on Friday to move forward with a contentious plan to address the extraordinary spike in illegal border crossings. According to him, these border security improvements are the "toughest and fairest set of reforms our country has ever had."Even after months of negotiations between the White House and a bipartisan group of senators, the proposal, which would have tied $61.4 billion in aid to Ukraine with tighter border security measures, is unlikely to pass the Senate due to significant opposition from a number of congressional Republicans. In a message published on X (formerly Twitter), Biden, 81, acknowledged how bad the border situation was. He declared, "It's long past time to fix it."
