Mumbai: Rajeev Uberoi was named senior group president, governance and controls, while Anurag Adlakha was named senior group president and head, financial management and strategy, by Yes Bank on Monday.Uberoi will oversee management governance, compliance, vigilance, legal (general counsel), company secretarial, and control responsibilities at Yes Bank. Uberoi was previously in charge of legal and audit at IDFC Bank.Adlaka, the former CFO of Jana Small Finance Bank, will be in charge of advancing Yes Bank's financial results.According to a press release from the bank, both senior officials would answer directly to managing director and CEO Ravneet Gill. The Yes Bank board of directors further explained that the lender's liquidity and operational performance were strong, and that its financial condition was "sound and stable." To approve the financial results for the quarter that ended on June 30, 2019, the board will convene on July 17.Additionally, the bank denied "unfounded speculation about the stability of the bank's Board & management, asset portfolio, and future growth prospects, among other things." Accenture's $40.5 billion brand value, up 1.6% from the previous year, keeps it as the most valuable IT services brand in the world.Brand Finance research indicates that Accenture is well-positioned to seize the mega-trend—generative large language models—which is garnering a lot of attention and has the potential to completely transform industries and businesses. The second-place finish went to homegrown IT heavyweight TCS, whose brand value increased by 11% to $19.2 billion. Among global IT majors, the incremental brand value increased to nearly $2 billion from $17.2 billion the previous year, making it the highest in absolute terms. This was "driven by consistent investments in AI-readiness and a commitment to sustainability," according to a statement from TCS. The only significant provider of IT services, Wipro, which is backed by billionaire businessman Azim Premji, saw its brand value decline by 7.6% annually to $6.2 billion. The smartphone has reportedly been spotted on the Indian BIS certification website, following its recent appearances on the Google Play Console and GeekBench listing. The phone is expected to be similar to the Vivo Y200 5G, which debuted in India in October 2023 and included a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 SoC, a 4,800mAh battery, and a 64-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS). Although there are rumors that the upcoming phone will cost a little less than the Y200, leaks have indicated that it may come with a more recent chipset. MySmartPrice discovered that the model number V2336 and the brand name Vivo were listed in the BIS certification listing. According to a 91Mobiles report, the model number is the same as the one that was recently seen on the GeekBench V4.0 and Bluetooth SIG listings. It is noteworthy, though, that this model number—V2327—differes from the one found on the Google Play Console, which also goes by the name Vivo Y200e 5G for the handset. It's unknown why there is this disparity. The Vivo Y200e 5G's primary specifications don't change in spite of this inconsistency. The smartphone may come with an octa-core chipset (model number SM4450), according to reports. According to reports, the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset from Qualcomm is paired with an Adreno 613 GPU and 8GB of RAM. This is indicated by the serial number. There are currently no known variations of the handset in terms of RAM or storage. The device might also come pre-installed with Funtouch OS 14, which is based on Android 14. After a month of work-related travel to four major US cities, I returned to India and realized that managing three phones, a laptop, a tablet, a handheld console, and over-ear headphones was no longer feasible for me. It could be overwhelming at times – flying from one city to another, undergoing numerous security checks, and constantly fearing that a device might be left behind. This journey prompted me to reconsider the limits of excess, particularly given that I was going to consecutive tech events in various locations. It seems that I have at last come to understand that juggling several devices is simply not for me. For tech journalists, it is now far more sensible to have a single device, such as the Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold. Though foldables are not yet mainstream (their high cost keeps them out of reach for most consumers), in my experience, the phone-tablet duo does provide a difference compared to carrying a separate phone and tablet; In addition, the user experience appears to have enhanced.While the Pixel 10 Pro Fold may appear similar to last year’s Pixel 9 Pro Fold that I reviewed, it boasts significant enhancements including a larger battery, a quicker Tensor G5 chip, upgraded cameras, improved displays, water resistance for folding phones, and enhanced integration with Google’s Gemini AI tools. It didn’t take me long to adapt to the folding Pixel 10 Pro Fold, which felt more polished and personal, but switching from my iPhone to the Google phone was still a challenge.

Energy fluctuates in waves, hormones are everywhere, and you have to adapt to a new physical, mental, and emotional version of yourself.Your hair also starts to tell its own story during all of these changes. Hormonal changes in the months following childbirth cause considerable hair loss in many women. However, it is frequently unexpected to learn that not only does the amount of hair alter, but occasionally the texture does as well.Many women feel that their hair is fuller, shinier, and thicker during pregnancy—almost like a natural glow-up. This occurs because elevated estrogen levels prolong the hair's development phase, inhibiting regular shedding, according to Dr. Ruben Bhasin Passi, dermatological consultant at CK Birla Hospital in Gurugram, who spoke to India Today.This adds that extra vigor and volume. However, things take a turn for the worst when the baby is born and hormone levels fall. "When hormone levels suddenly drop, the body adjusts, and hair goes through noticeable changes, often leaving new mothers surprised by the difference," she says.The doctor continues by explaining that hair naturally goes through three phases: anagen (growing), catagen (rest), and telogen (shedding). Pregnancy-related elevated estrogen retains more hair during the development period. Many of those hairs transition into the shedding phase simultaneously with the postpartum decline in estrogen.Hormonal changes, according to Dr. Passi, can affect the structure of hair follicles and alter the way new hair grows in addition to causing shedding. This could change the oil balance, thickness, or curl pattern of the hair. Dr. Ravali Yalamanchili, senior dermatology consultant at Arete Hospitals in Hyderabad, notes that hormonal changes aren't the only factor influencing postpartum hair texture changes; your body's physical and emotional stressors also play a significant role.
