In numerous social media posts, Masaba Gupta has been promoting a fitness-focused lifestyle by sharing details about her nutrition, exercise routine, and other activities. The famous fashion designer recently revealed a photo of her special breakfast for winter, which included some traditional bajra. "Winter breakfast chilla full of the good stuff - pumpkin, bajra, sesame, spinach, chillies, ginger, and garlic," Masaba posted on her Instagram Stories, showcasing a peek of the bajra chilla. This is the health benefit of eating bajra and pumpkin for breakfast.Dietician Mohini Dongre of Narayana Hospital in Gurugram described bajra-pumpkin chilla as a hearty winter treat that combines the seasonal sweetness of pumpkin with the nutrient-dense bajra (pearl millet). According to Dongre, "this traditional Indian dish offers several health benefits tailored for the winter months in addition to a warm and comforting flavor."
