How HRtech Startup Erekrut Is Revolutionizing Employers Hiring and Employee Job Search Processes

Since the start of the Covid-19 outbreak, hiring has been erratic. The alternatives available to recruiters have changed over time, ranging from totally remote, tech-driven interviews to in-person meetings brought on by the present back-to-office demands. Job seekers have also witnessed seismic shifts, with tech giants facing broad cuts and the "Great Resignation" giving way to enormous layoffs. Nevertheless, it's still difficult to get qualified applicants through the door, even in this unstable labor market. As a result, businesses and recruiting managers seek to create a talent pipeline that is both efficient and affordable, as well as future-proof recruitment. There are numerous elements to a successful talent hunt, such as finding the ideal candidate, creating a memorable application process, and providing individualized growth plans. Additionally, hiring must be quick and scalable in order to avoid losing out on top talent, income, and credibility for the business. To keep ahead of the curve, nothing really works better than quickly identifying the top candidates for open positions and automating processes. However, in 2019 Amity University fashion student Ajay Goyal witnessed the other side of the story while working as a volunteer for the university's campus-to-corporate program. It was obvious at the time that traditional hiring would need to be fixed because of its drawn-out processes, slow candidate responses, and general impersonal approach that failed to draw in or accommodate outstanding talent. Ajay, being one to let things slide, went to his father, Dr. Ravinder Goyal, who was a professional with almost thirty years of expertise in vocational training and placement.

Widespread worry has resulted from the increase in applications and the switch to an On-Screen Marking (OSM) system, since parents and students have reported serious technical issues with the post-result webpage. Technical Improvements: To avoid users being immediately logged out of the CBSE Re-evaluation Portal while submitting applications, the board extended session time limitations in response to criticism.Scanned Answer Sheets: During the evaluation retrieval procedure, students have reported obtaining blurry scanned copies of their papers and format errors. The conclusion of the exams has not been a relief for many CBSE Class 12 pupils. Rather, a new chapter of dread has been created by the post-result procedure, with complaints about errors, inaccessible portals, and issues with the evaluation system still mounting. New complaints about radically shifting costs on the revaluation portal have surfaced, casting doubt on the system's dependability, days after students reported login issues and interruptions in accessing post-result services.

NEET UG Before a legislative panel NTA defends the June 21 retest

Senior National Testing Agency (NTA) officials reportedly told a parliamentary standing committee on Monday that conducting the June 21 NEET-UG retest accurately in pen and paper format is currently the agency's top priority.According to PTI, the NTA was questioned by the committee chairman and other members over the safeguards put in place to stop any paper leaks this time. They were reassured by the officials that appropriate actions had been taken. Committee members also expressed concerns about the potential for computer-based assessments to be hacked. The Parliamentary Standing Committee on Education, Women, Children, Youth, and Sports met to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of computer-based testing (CBT), which is utilised in national exams, as opposed to pen-and-paper testing. According to sources, the committee also invited representatives of the United Doctors Forum to present, but they were turned down due to strong opposition from BJP members. The United Doctors Forum has filed a petition before the Supreme Court alleging systemic failure and the examination process compromised in the wake of the NEET-UG paper leak controversy.

We are not Pakistani the family of a CBSE kid says after the board acknowledges a mistake in the answer sheet

The family of CBSE Class 12 student Vedant Srivastava, who claimed he received the incorrect Physics exam sheet and was subjected to internet mocking, is the source of the "We are not Pakistani" statement.Vedant requested a scanned copy of his answer sheet under CBSE's new On-Screen Marking (OSM) method after receiving an unexpectedly low score. After looking over the given document, he saw that the answers, penmanship, and spacing were different from his own.Internet users discovered that his family's X (previously Twitter) account displayed "South Asia" rather than India due to a location problem. Trolls mistakenly identified the student and his family as Pakistani and questioned their legitimacy, which resulted in a significant internet backlash. The family issued a statement defending their nationality, clarifying that the geographical setting was an error, and outlining the challenges they encountered with the official revaluation channels when the outcry went public. Soon after, CBSE contacted the family, admitted the error, and gave Vedant his actual physics answer sheet. The board has now acknowledged the error and provided the correct answer script to a Delhi student who claimed that the Physics answer sheet uploaded under his CBSE roll number belonged to someone else. This has partially resolved an unusual and extensively discussed Class XII evaluation controversy.Vedant, the student whose posts on X prompted a broader discussion on CBSE's new On-Screen Marking (OSM) system, stated on Monday night that after analyzing the situation, CBSE officials had gotten in touch with the family and given the right Physics answer sheet.

From bicycle tutor to coaching giant Who is Shivraj Motegaonkar, the 10th arrest by CBI in NEET paper leak case

One of Maharashtra's most well-known coaches is at the center of the suspected NEET-UG 2026 paper leak case following the CBI's arrest of Shivraj Motegaonkar, proprietor of Latur-based RCC Classes. After being questioned twice in a week, Motegaonkar was taken into custody on Sunday. He was allegedly a "active member" of the network that disseminated and leaked NEET-UG 2026 question papers prior to the exam on May 3, according to the CBI. He is the eighth individual the CBI has detained in relation to the case.Around 12:30 pm, a CBI inspector was leaving Motegaonkar's house when reporters questioned him about the investigation into the crime. He refused to respond. In conjunction with the document leak investigation, the CBI arrived in Latur on Wednesday and arrested P V Kulkarni, a retired faculty member who taught chemistry at a nearby institution. According to the officials, Kulkarni served on the NEET paper-setting committee for the chemistry topic and retired from a reputable college four years ago.Due to claims of a paper leak, the May 3 NEET (UG) 2026 exam for admission to undergraduate programs in medical institutes was canceled on May 12. The CBI was requested by the government to conduct an investigation. A father of a student filed a complaint at the Latur Superintendent of Police's office on Tuesday, alleging that 42 questions from a mock exam administered by a private coaching center in Latur were the same as those found in the NEET exam. Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) Sameersinh Salve was instructed by Superintendent of Police Amol Tambe to look into the allegation. In this regard, the police have also questioned six people in Latur, including counselors, students, and coaching staff. Additionally, they have confiscated CCTV recordings from two coaching facilities. Three people from Maharashtra were detained by the CBI prior to Kulkarni's imprisonment in Latur: beautician Manisha Waghmare from Pune, Shubham Khairnar (30) from Nashik, and Dhananjay Lokhande (26) from Rahuri in Ahilyanagar.

How a forwarded many times WhatsApp message caused NEET UG to be canceled

The discovery of a possible breach in Rajasthan's National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET-UG), 2026, started with the automatic fineprint "Forwarded many times" on a WhatsApp message. This WhatsApp chat was discovered by investigators tracking down a "guess paper." According to sources, the communication revealed the leak's widespread nature, despite officials' original hopes that it was an isolated incident.A guess paper is typically a list of anticipated questions created before to a test. These papers frequently draw from coaching materials, sample exams, trends from prior years, and anticipated subjects. Board exams and competitive entrance exams frequently feature them. There are 45 questions in the NEET Chemistry segment, although it is said that the test employed four separate sets of question sheets. The SOG subsequently stated that there were "striking similarities" between the real paper and more than 100 questions from the Biology and Chemistry sections combined.Nearly 600 of the exam's 720 points might be explained by the parallels, officials connected to the investigation told ANI. "It is reported that this guess paper had been circulating among the students well in advance; it began reaching them as early as 15 days to a month prior to the actual examination," Bansal continued. The guess paper, which is also accessible in the public domain, serves as the basis for our investigation. The "guess paper" was created by an MBBS student from Churu who was enrolled in a Keralan medical college. According to the inquiry thus far, investigators believe the student mailed the paper to an acquaintance in Sikar, Rajasthan, on May 1. It was then purportedly given to students residing at the facility by a paying guest accommodation owner. According to reports, the content then circulated via WhatsApp groups and coaching networks. Chats that were found had the designation "forwarded many times," according to investigators.According to a PTI story that cited police sources, it might have been shared 42 hours prior to the exam. Two days prior to the exam, the document was purportedly auctioned for up to ₹5 lakh. On the eve of the test, the price allegedly decreased to about ₹30,000, according to sources in the investigative team who spoke with news outlets. Thirteen suspects from Sikar and Jhunjhunu in Rajasthan, as well as Dehradun in Uttarakhand, had been arrested by May 11.
