Panwar told ISSF TV, "It is fantastic to see the hard training paying off.Panwar, who is from Rajasthan and whose father Ashok Panwar is a senior nurse staff member at Sawai Man Singh Medical College, gained notoriety in 2019 when he won multiple medals at the ISSF Junior World Cups, and then secured a quota spot for the Tokyo Olympics with a silver medal at the ISSF World Cup in China.
