This movie has been anticipated for a very long time. To be honest, the backstory of this film is every bit as fascinating as the film itself. James Gunn assumes the director's chair in one of the films that serves as a bookend to the DC film universe. The Rapman series, which has been in development for years, centers on a gang of Black Londoners who all acquire superpowers.
