The fashion designer shared the noteworthy update on her Instagram Stories, where she can be seen exercising on the traveling rings, which are used for a range of workouts and activities."I prepared myself like a happy child...with my bottle and bag as if it were the first day of my first postpartum workout. These rings aid in targeting the arms, shoulders, back, chest, core, and legs, depending on the particular action.Dr Deepthi Bawa, senior consultant-gyneacologist, IVF specialist, laparoscopic and cosmetic surgeon, SPARSH Hospital for Women and Children, said that postpartum workouts — like ring exercises — play a key role in a mother’s recovery journey, both physical and mental.
“The controlled movements required in these exercises help rebuild core strength, which is often weakened due to pregnancy and childbirth.
