It can be alluring to complete dinner and go straight to the gym after a demanding day, particularly if you are pressed for time. One such fitness enthusiast went to Quora to find out if exercising right after a large meal is a healthy option. We contacted Dr. Parth Agrawal, Consultant Arthroscopy at KIMS Hospitals, Thane, for a reaction. He stated that the body finds it difficult to balance exercise and digestion at the same time. "A significant quantity of blood flow is sent into the stomach to aid in digestion when you eat a substantial meal. That blood is abruptly diverted to the functioning muscles if you start exercising right after, he says. This change may cause discomfort and slow down digestion.

Bloating is one of the most prevalent problems people encounter. Stomach cramps, nausea, lightheadedness, and even acid reflux might result from a full stomach paired with vigorous activity.
