Malvika has a strong and extensive skill set, including shown proficiency in team management, food and beverage operations, and customer service. Her job at The Westin Mumbai Garden City is further strengthened by her acute awareness of industry trends and hospitality management.Prior to joining The Westin Mumbai Garden City, Malvika was a key player at Marriott International, The Ritz-Carlton Bangalore, JW Marriott Kolkata and Bengaluru.Malvika completed the demanding Taj Management Program Training, which enhanced her academic knowledge with real-world insights, and she holds a Bachelor of Hotel Management degree from the Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Management, Manipal.
