At the glamorous Naman Awards ceremony in Hyderabad, former India wicketkeeper Mr. Farokh Engineer and all-rounder Mr. Ravi Shastri received the Col. C.K. Nayudu Lifetime Achievement Awards. The Naman Awards, which honor achievements in both local and international cricket, were given out on Tuesday to commemorate Indian cricket's four most recent seasons (2019–20, 2020–21, 2021–22, and 2022-23).The Polly Umrigar Award for Best International Cricketer-Men went to Mr. Mohd. Shami (2019–20), Mr. R. Ashwin (2020–21), and Mr. Shubman Gill (2022-23) in recognition of their exceptional performances. Mr. Jasprit Bumrah, who had previously won this award in the 2018–19 season, won it again in the 2021–22 season. In a similar vein, Ms. Smriti Mandhana, who won the title of Best International Woman Cricketer in 2017–18, repeated as the winner thanks to her outstanding performances in 2020–21 and 2021–22.

In the meantime, Deepti Sharma won big for the 2019–20 and 2022–20 seasons.In acknowledgment of their indispensable contribution to the seamless running of more than two thousand domestic cricket matches each season, K.N. Ananthapadmanabhan, Vrinda Rathi, Jayaraman Madan Gopal, and Rohan Pandit were named the Best Umpire in Domestic Cricket for the following seasons: 2019–20, 2020–21, 2021–22, and 2022–23.Mumbai was named the Best Performance Award winner among State Associations in the BCCI Domestic Tournaments for 2019–20. The team won the Vijay Merchant Trophy, the Women’s U23 T20 Trophy, came in second in the Vinoo Mankad Trophy, and advanced to the semi-finals of both the Cooch Behar Trophy and the Col CK Nayudu Trophy. For the 2021–2022 season, Madhya Pradesh emerged victorious after securing the Ranji Trophy, placing second in the Women’s U19 one-day Trophy, and reaching the Col CK Nayudu Trophy semifinals. For their victories in the Men's U25 State A trophy, the Vijay Hazare Trophy, the Ranji Trophy, and the Irani Cup, Saurashtra secured the top spot for the 2022–2023 season.
