WebTalk is a Polish agency that Wondrlab purchases in a cash and equity transaction. WebTalk acquires an undisclosed financial stake in Wondrlab. WebTalk clients gain from the acquisition since it gives them access to Wondrlab platforms. The largest acquisition made by Wondrlab to date, this is its fifth.
