India Beginning February 1, 2025, Yamaha Motor announced a price reduction of up to Rs 1.10 lakh for its R3 and MT-03 models. Ex-showroom prices for the R3 and MT-03 will be Rs 3,59,900 and Rs 3,49,900, respectively (Delhi). The goal of this action is to draw in more motorcycle enthusiasts and meet the rising demand for high-end motorcycles.India Yamaha Motor Pvt Ltd announced on Friday that from February 1, 2025, the company will reduce the price of its flagship models, the R3 and MT-03, by up to Rs 1.10 lakh. According to a statement from the firm, the Yamaha R3 and MT-03 will retail for Rs 3,59,900 and Rs 3,49,900, respectively, ex-showroom in Delhi.

According to India Yamaha Motor, the action was taken to meet the rising demand for high-end motorcycles. "With this change in pricing, Yamaha reaffirms its commitment to offering accessible premium motorcycles that deliver on performance, design, and innovation," the business stated, adding that "the strategic move is expected to further strengthen Yamaha's foothold in the premium motorcycle segment in India and attract a wider audience of riding enthusiasts" .
