Pawan Kalyan’s They Call Him OG is working to sustain its momentum at the box office, and it has generated the largest weekend for a Telugu film in 2025 based on ticket sales on the BookMyShow ticket booking app. It actually took the top spot from Sankranthiki Vasthunam after a duration of 9 months.Venkatesh Daggubati’s Sankranthiki Vasthunam has been dominating the top 5 weekend sales for a Telugu film on BMS so far. Sankranthiki Vasthunam exits the top 5 list after nearly 9 months, being replaced by Pawan Kalyan’s film.

They Call Him OG, over the four-day extended weekend, recorded a ticket sale of 2.1 million. It displaced Sankranthiki Vasthunam from the top 5. Venkatesh's movie recorded ticket sales amounting to 1.49 million. In 2025, Venkatesh's film was the Telugu film with the highest ticket sales on BookMyShow. Pawan Kalyan could make history by exceeding the film's 3.59 million ticket sales. Ram Charan’s Game Changer occupies the second position this year, with ticket sales amounting to 2.24 million. Next is Kuberaa in third place, with ticket sales amounting to 1.66 million on BMS.
