"Actor Nidhi Bisht recently discussed her new Netflix web series ""Maamla Legal Hai,"" her legal practice at the Delhi High Court, and other topics with IndiaToday.in. Actor Nidhi Bisht briefly discusses her future project, ""Maamla Legal Hai."" In the Netflix series, she will appear alongside Ravi Kishan. On March 1, ""Maamla Legal Hai"" will debut on Netflix. Nidhi Bisht, an actor and creator who rose to fame in TVF shows like Tripling and Permanent Roommates, will soon be seen in the Netflix series Maamla Legal Hai, where he will play a major part. Nidhi talked candidly about the show, practicing law before going into acting, and other topics with IndiaToday.in. After years of study and practice, Nidhi was asked how it felt to finally play a lawyer on TV. She said, ""I was practicing in the Delhi High Court when I studied law."" I was an associate at a legal company before relocating to Mumbai to pursue an acting career. I thus thought, ""So they also know I have studied law and practised a bit,"" when Poshampa Pictures contacted me.""However, upon reading the script, my sole concern was that I was ignorant of this universe. I would have to put forth a lot of effort. District court work is a very different world. The person who sits outside these courts is my character She doesn't know a lot about law.

For me, it was a full circle experience, therefore it was a strange sensation,"" Nidhi remarked. Director of Maamla Legal Hai Rahul Pandey remarked that Nidhi did an excellent job portraying Sujata Negi. Lightly jokingly, he said, ""Nidhi is Foyer ki Salman Khan,"" referring to the actor's part in the show. In his description of the show, Rahul stated that although each episode focuses on a separate case, at the end of the day, all the players are aiming for the same goal: ""It is not a courtroom drama, it is a court premise drama."" There is an intriguing, strange case in every episode. Each episode focuses on a distinct scenario that all leads to the same destination."" The teaser for Maamla Legal Hai on Netflix transports viewers back to East Delhi's alleyways. Director Rahul Pandey said, ""Everything is set, except for the outdoor location,"" in response to a question about whether the filming took place in real places. Everything, even the characters, has to look realistic. We prepared for the same by holding a class because this is not a story where you can show up on set without having finished your homework."" Nidhi, who works as an actor and a creator, also discussed which career she loves more: ""Acting is my favorite since it's such a liberating experience. My main profession is performing. Despite this, I like to do anything as long as I get paid to."
