IIM Indore Placements 2024 Over 590 students placed highest CTC at Rs 1 crore

"More than 150 recruiting firms participated in the last placement season, providing placements to 594 students in all. The Indian Institute of Management, Indore (IIMI) has concluded the final placements for the 2022–24 batch, with one student receiving the highest CTC of Rs 1 million. ""During the final placement phase of this session, one of our students secured the highest salary package of Rs 1 crore. A business in the e-commerce sector has made this student an offer to work in the sales and marketing division. An official informed news agency PTI that the offer was for local placement. More than 150 recruiting firms participated in the last placement season, providing placements to 594 students in all. These students are enrolled in the five-year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) and the two-year Post Graduate Programme (PGP). The median CTC for this year was Rs 24.50 lakh annually, while the average CTC was Rs 25.68 lakh annually. IIM Indore has welcomed around 50 new recruits this year, according to IIMI director Himanshu Rai, who spoke with PTI. These new hires included the following: Jio Financial Services, Hero Future Energies, Indus Insights, IndusInd Bank, Accenture Operations, Airtel, Bajaj Consumer Care, CAMS, DataLink, ESAF Bank, Godrej & Boyce, HCLSoftware, Navi, OLA Electric, Searce, SBI Securities, Sutra Management Consulting, Suzlon Group, ThoughtFocus, and Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, Unacademy, Zinnov and Zycus.

According to the institute's statistics, the consulting sector accounted for 25% of all offers, with the finance cohort accounting for 19% of all offers. Twelve percent of the batch chose IT/analytics roles, while nineteen percent of the offers were for recruitments in the sales and marketing sector. Approximately 25% of the group received offers for positions in operations, HR, and general management. Some other recruiters were A.T. Kearney, Accenture Strategy, Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte India, EY, Infosys Consulting, KPMG, McKinsey & Company, PwC India, Ambit Capital, Axis Bank, Bank of America, Barclays, HDFC Bank, HDFC Life, HSBC, ICICI Bank, IndusInd Bank, JPMorgan Chase & Co, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, The D.E. Shaw Group, Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail, Asian Paints, AstraZeneca, Bajaj Auto, Bajaj Consumer Care, General Mills, Godrej & Boyce, HUL, ITC, P&G, Tata Steel, Vedanta, Amazon, American Express, Capgemini Chrysalis, CarDekho, Cognizant, Genpact, Hero MotoCorp, HCLTech, Hexaware, IDFC First Bank, Wipro, Larsen & Toubro, OLA Electric, PhonePe, Reliance Industries, Suzlon Group and Wakefit."
