On Wednesday night, the Delhi Police Special Cell and the Uttar Pradesh and Haryana Special Task Force (STF) shot and killed two gangsters who were suspected of shooting outside actor Disha Patani's Bareilly home last week.Gangsters Ravinder of Rohtak and Arun of Sonepat, who were both associated with the Rohit Godara–Goldy Brar gang, were slain in the Ghaziabad Tronica City encounter following more than a dozen rounds of gunfire from the police. The authorities claim that Arun was shot in the neck and chest, and Ravinder was struck in the chest. While receiving treatment, the two passed away from their wounds.Around 3:30 am on September 12, two men on a motorcycle opened fire outside of Disha Patani's Bareilly residence, sparking the start of the manhunt. A social media account connected to Goldy Brar's colleagues quickly took credit for the incident."In a joint operation of Delhi Police Special Cell, UP STF, and Haryana STF, two active criminals of Rohit Godara-Goldy Brar gang were injured in a shoot-out near Tronica City, Ghaziabad," said Pramod Singh Kushwah, assistant commissioner of police (Special Cell), providing details about the event. Both defendants were personally implicated in a firing incident that took place outside of Bollywood star Disha Patani's Bareilly home.

According to investigators, CCTV footage taken close to Disha Patani's home allowed them to identify Ravinder. The UP STF then used criminal databases from Haryana and the national capital, including technical monitoring, to track movements across important routes in Bareilly and surrounding regions. The accused's arrival in Ghaziabad was confirmed Monday by a team headed by ACP Dharmender Singh and SI Manjeet Singh. The teams discovered that the accused had finally arrived in Ghaziabad and was attempting to flee at four or five in the morning. A trap was set close to Tronica City by the afternoon after their position was verified, according to a Delhi Police official.
