Graded Detention Is Announced for Students With Low Attendance at Delhi University College

These students will not receive admit cards under the graded detention system unless they have sent in an agreement to make up the missed attendance in the next semester.For students who attend less than 40% of classes, graded detention will now be in place, according to the announcement made by Delhi University's Shaheed Bhagat Singh College.
According to PTI, the college announced the news through an official notification. According to a recent Shaheed Bhagat Singh College circular, students will not be permitted to take a varying number of examinations depending on their attendance percentage. Students who have attendance between 30 and 39.99 percent will not be permitted to appear for more than one paper under the new graded detention system. Students who have attendance percentages between 20 and 29.99 will therefore not be permitted to appear in two papers, while those who have attendance percentages between 10 and 19.99 will not be permitted to
