"From Laapataa Ladies To Now Standing On The Global Stage At Cannes" is how Nitanshi Goel describes her happiness at making her Cannes debut.

A pleasant surprise was Kiran Rao's Laapataa Ladies, which were led by Nitanshi Goel, Sparsh Shrivastava, and Pratibha Ranta. The movie was made available on Netflix on April 26, 2024. As it progressed, the movie won both Indian and international awards and achieved significant milestones.This year, the 17-year-old girl who portrayed Phool in Laapataa Ladies is ready to make her Cannes debut. One of the ambassadors of the beauty company L'Oréal Paris, which has been connected to Cannes for the past 28 years, will be Nitanshi."I came into this industry with aspirations of making things happen for me," Nitanshi added, beaming. I'm getting closer to realizing them, from the amazing journey of Laapataa Ladies to now standing on the international platform at Cannes. Alia Bhatt, Ishaan Khatter, Janhvi Kapoor, Karan Johar, Neeraj Gahwyn, Sharmila Tagore, Jacqueliene Fernandez, Shalini Passi, Urvashi Rautela, Vishal Jethwa, and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan are among the celebrities on the list. This year, Payal Kapadia, who made history last year when she won the Grand Prix for her film All We Imagine As Light, is returning to the jury. In honor of Satyajit Ray's Aranyer Din Ratri, veteran actress Sharmila Tagore will be in attendance. A restored 4K version of the film will be screened in special.
