The Baaghi 4 crew has been instructed by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) to remove 23 moments from the forthcoming release, both audio and visual. The movie has a duration of 2 hours, 37 minutes, and 5 seconds (157.05 minutes), according to a Bollywood Hungama analysis. Tiger Shroff received a "A" grade for his Baaghi 4.The scene in which the hero climbs atop a coffin was requested to be removed by the Examining Committee (EC). A one-second picture of a character lighting a cigarette from a "niranjan diya" and a 13-second clip of someone lighting a cigarette from an amputated hand are among the other scenes that were removed. Frontal naked scenes were 'hidden', and a sequence in which a character rubs their hand on a girl's hip was swapped out.

Other images that were removed included a shot of a knife being thrown at a statue of Jesus Christ, cuts to throats and hands, two shots of thugs being slashed and killed with swords, and a scene where a blade is inserted into a person's skull to kill them. Also, the crew was ordered to remove the "scene of hit of fist and the leaning of the statue of Jesus" by the CBFC representatives. Furthermore, an excessively violent 11-second clip was also removed. The original duration of Baaghi 4 was 2 hours, 43 minutes, and 50 seconds (163.50 minutes). A few days later, the Baaghi 4 crew went to the CBFC to further shorten the movie's duration. Nearly 19 scenes totaling 6 minutes and 45 seconds were cut out of the movie.
