Global box office receipts for Lokah Chapter 1: It has already been hailed as the year's best Indian picture, and some have even dubbed it the decade's best. And with some incredible box office results, Chandra has reposed that faith in Lokah Chapter 1. With every passing day, the Malayalam superhero movie continues to flourish and thrive at the box office.In the domestic market, Lokah Chapter 1 has made ₹24.3 crore net (₹28.4 crore gross) by Sunday, the fourth day of the movie's theatrical run. This includes a very successful Sunday, when the movie made ₹10 crore, a 30% increase from Saturday and an incredible 280% increase from the first day.However, Lokah Chapter 1 is really taking off abroad. The movie has made a lot of money in North America and the Middle East and is well-liked by the Indian diaspora. According to estimates, the movie's overseas receipts had surpassed $4 million (₹35 crore), bringing its total global revenue to over ₹63 crore at the conclusion of its prolonged opening weekend.
