BMW plans to increase car prices by as much as 3% starting in April.

On Thursday, BMW Group India announced that starting next month, prices for the whole lineup of BMW and MINI vehicles will rise by up to 3%. The manufacturer has raised prices twice this year.The organization said in a statement that the higher prices will take effect on April 1, 2025.Renault India announced earlier in the day that it would raise the cost of all of its models by as much as 2% starting in April. Since February 2023, Renault India has not announced a price increase until now. Citing increased input costs, a number of automakers have already declared plans to raise vehicle pricing starting next month, including Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata Motors, Kia India, and Honda Cars.
Due to growing input costs, BMW Group India announced that prices for BMW and MINI vehicles would increase by up to 3% from April 1, 2025. Both SUVs and premium sedans, even those made locally, will be impacted. Citing higher production costs, Renault India would likewise boost prices by as much as 2%.
