Zorawar Kalra has established a strong reputation for himself in the Indian restaurant business after working there for about 20 years. The restaurateur maintains, however, that there is always more to discover and that the voyage is far from over."Continuous evolution is the key to success in this industry." We experiment with novel ideas, components, and presenting techniques in an effort to remain ahead of trends. In an interview with indianexpress.com, Kalra stated, "We want to make sure that our clients always have something new and exciting, therefore we don't just follow trends.Zorawar spoke candidly about his recent endeavors, his experience on Celebrity MasterChef, the change in eating habits following the pandemic, and the increasing impact of social media on the food industry while honoring his late father, the late Jiggs Kalra, who was known as the "Czar of Indian Cuisine."Zorawar Kalra: We have been actively involved in opening and expanding several restaurants around various cities, ensuring that each one is consistent with our brand's vision.
In order to stay up to date with the ever-evolving dynamics of the sector, I am also actively associated with the National Restaurant Association of India (NRAI).Zorawar Kalra: That was amazing. The famous participants' degree of skill was quite astounding; it was energizing to witness their enthusiasm and inventiveness. It was a pleasure to share the stage with Farah and Ranveer. The highlight was tasting the food, many of which were of restaurant grade. The icing on the cake is that Faizu's winning dish is now available on our menu. I would want to take part in it again because it was a rewarding experience.
