Adults should aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity activity most days of the week, such as swimming, cycling, or brisk walking.

In addition to lowering the body's anti-inflammatory qualities, a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, healthy grains, and lean meats can boost immunity. Consuming processed foods, added sugar, or red or processed meats raises the risk of developing cancer. Cell damage and digestive malignancies are decreased by a diet high in fiber and antioxidants.
