The seventh iteration of the ground-breaking Yuva Kabaddi Series 2023 is set to take place at the Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium in Pondicherry from January 12 to February 7, and rising Kabaddi players are poised to show off their daring maneuvers.In the opening game of the winter edition of the competition, which was started in 2022 and has been giving India's rising Kabaddi players a fiercely competitive environment to help them become stars in their sport, Chola Veerans will play Palani Tuskers on Friday.Over 65 players are now displaying their skills in the Pro Kabaddi League Season 10, which is currently underway. The Yuva Kabaddi Series has played a significant role in determining the future of Indian Kabaddi. With the Yuva Kabaddi Series, we are dedicated to developing the sport's youth talent and want to see it spread throughout the entire nation.The winter competition will feature 12 teams with players from 12 different states, and Mr. Vikas Gautam, CEO of Yuva Kabaddi Series, stated, "We anticipate intense matches between all the teams."The competition gives the younger players (those weighing less than 80 kg) an opportunity to show off their skills and prepares them for Kabaddi's largest stage.

In the Yuva Kabaddi Series, more than 1400 young players have participated in 751 games with 85 coaches and 183 referees thus far.The Yuva Kabaddi Series seeks to help players acquire a wider range of abilities by offering support in areas such as financial literacy, media training, and nutrition during their involvement. This is in addition to helping players construct a viable career path in sports.

The tournament will be opened on Friday by LT. Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan, the governor of Telangana and the UT of Puducherry. The grand finale of the 50th Jubilee Pondicherry State Kabaddi Championship 2024 will take place prior to the opening ceremony.A total of 120 intense matches will take place in the winter edition, and 240 players from 12 different states will compete.
