The startup's previous investors, Fireside Ventures and cofounder Keshav Biyani, also participated in the investment round, according to its RoC filing. To raise money, the business gave the three investors 630 Series A1 and Series A2 compulsory convertible preference shares (CCPS). According to the filing, these CCPS will be converted into equity shares at a 1:10 ratio during the upcoming fundraising event. The startup has already raised INR 20 Cr of the INR 30 Cr.
