After inciting the wrath of some of the most vicious gangsters in Taipei, Eileen Sun fled her home and moved to Los Angeles.But years later, when her husband is targeted for murder, Eileen realizes she's back in danger.

Following in his father's methods, her older son Charles (Justin Chien) comes to California to guard her and his younger brother Bruce (Sam Song Li), who has grown up blissfully unaware of his family's frightening profession. The cast was unveiled on June 13, 2022, with Michelle Yeoh and Justin Chien assuming the key parts of Eileen Sun and Charles Sun, respectively. Joon Lee as TK, Highdee Kuan as Alexis, and Sam Song Li as Bruce Sun would be joining the main cast.
