Reputable U.S. track & field publication rated Neeraj Chopra the world's top male javelin thrower in 2024.

The 2024 rankings released by the California-based magazine, Neeraj Chopra, who lost to Arshad Nadeem of Pakistan for the Olympic gold medal in August of last year, defeated two-time world champion Anderson Peters of Grenada to take the top spot.In 2024, the world-renowned American publication 'Track and Field News' selected Neeraj Chopra, the silver medallist from the Indian Olympics in Paris, the world's top male javelinist.

Neeraj Chopra, a double Olympic champion from India, was ranked the world's top male javelin thrower in 2024 by the internationally recognized American publication "Track and Field News." Chopra, 27, took home a silver medal at the previous year's Olympics in Paris.
