Paytm's Q4 Loss Flat Was INR 545 Cr Due to the Decrease of Exceptional Items

In Q4 FY25, Paytm recorded a consolidated net loss of INR 544.6 Cr, with unusual items burdening its bottom line by INR 522.1 Cr. Paytm would have reported a loss before tax of INR 19.9 Cr instead of INR 536.4 Cr in the previous year if these costs hadn't been incurred. In the meantime, the company's operational revenue decreased 19% from INR 2,267.1 Cr in Q4 FY24 to INR 1,911.5 Cr in the current quarter.
