Lauren James and Lotte Wubben-Moy, who were injured and missed the Women's Euro 2025 qualifying matches against Sweden and Ireland in July, will also play.Lucy Parker, a defender for Aston Villa, has been called up by England women's manager Sarina Wiegman for the first time in a year due to a significant ankle injury for this month's home friendly against South Africa and Germany.Lauren James and Lotte Wubben-Moy, who were injured and missed the Women's Euro 2025 qualifying matches against Sweden and Ireland in July, will also play. After securing their spot in the last international window, Wiegman's team has focused entirely on getting ready to defend their championship at the European Championship the following year.On October 25, England will host Germany at Wembley in a replay of the Euro 2022 final. On October 29, it will host South Africa at the Coventry Building Society Arena.
"The players and staff put in a lot of effort to guarantee our spot in the Euro next summer, so we can now devote all of our attention to making sure we're prepared for the tournament when it starts on July 2," Wiegman stated. "We have a very valuable opportunity to play four friendlies this autumn and lay the groundwork for next summer if we qualify directly for the finals." On November 30, the Lionesses will play Olympic winners the United States at Wembley. On December 3, they will play Euro 2025 hosts Switzerland at Bramall Lane.
