Odisha wins the blind title in the Womens National T20 Cricket Tournament.

In Friday's Women's National T20 Cricket Tournament for the Blind final, Odisha defeated Karnataka by six wickets to win the title.Odisha, chasing 94, was dealt an early blow when captain Phula Saren was out for a golden duck.But Odisha was able to win because to scores of 24 and 34 runs from Jamuna Rani Tudu and Basanti Hansda, respectively.Star batsman Deepika got 16 runs in 29 balls as Karnataka lost five wickets in the powerplay while they were batting first.Karnataka was down to 44 for six in the eighth over after losing wickets often, but Divakka and Renuka Rajput helped the team reach the 90-run threshold. But in the 19th over, the squad was skittled for 93 runs.Played at the Gymkhana Ground in Hubli, Karnataka, the home team chose to bat first. Karnataka suffered early blows as Sunita Dhondappanavar was run out on 1(3) and national captain Varsha Umapathi left for 10(6).

Renuka was unbroken at 17(33) after Ranjitha B was bowled for a 3-ball duck, helping Karnataka reach a decent total of 93. With two wickets under her belt, Jamuna Rani Tudu was Odisha's best bowler. In the 13th over, Odisha completed a 6-wicket victory with Padmini Tudu leading a set and striking Basanti, who was unbeaten on 34 off 25 balls, with Padmini on 14*(17). In the end, Jhili Birua was crowned Player of the Match. Simu Das from Rajasthan won the Player of the Series title in the B1 category, Menka Kumari from Delhi won in the B2 category, and Jhili Birua won in the B3 category. The players of the series were awarded a Rs 10,000 cash prize.
