In the second Twenty20 International of the three-match series, India defeated Afghanistan by six wickets on Sunday, January 14, at the Holkar Stadium in Indore. The match ended a little early, with India needing just 26 balls to win. Following the game, a few Indian cricketers went to the Shree Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain early the next day. 'Bhasma Aarti' attendees included Ravi Bishnoi, Washington Sundar, Jitesh Sharma, and Tilak Varma. It's important to remember that the temple is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas and a popular Hindu pilgrimage destination. In this temple, Lord Shiva is worshipped in the form of Mahakal.

An important ceremony called the "Bhasma Aarti" is performed every morning, symbolizing the transient nature of life and how it occurs to be a never-ending cycle of creation and destruction.News agency ANI posted a video of Indian cricket stars attending the Aarti. The IND vs. AFG T20I Series is coming to Bangalore. The drama now moves to Bengaluru for the third and final Twenty20 International after India defeated Afghanistan in the second match in Indore.

India won the first two games to secure the bilateral series, but they still have a lot of unfinished business to take care of in what will be their last Twenty20 international encounter before the Twenty24 World Cup takes place in June. After being dismissed for ducks in the first two Twenty20 Internationals, captain Rohit Sharma has yet to score a run in this series.
