Schedule for the 2024 ICC Under-19 World Cup: Five-time winners India is the clear favourite to win the U19 World Cup for the sixth time in the Rainbow Nation when they play Bangladesh on Saturday. The U-19 World Cup will be held in South Africa in the near future. There will be 41 matches contested in 24 days. With five trophies, India is the most successful team in the competition.In the Rainbow Nation, the Men in Blue are also the reigning champions and serious candidates to win the championship once more.

As usual, the Indian team is full of gifted players. Uday Saharan, a middle-order batsman for Punjab, will captain the team. Additionally, he served as team captain when the U19 Asia Cup team fell in the semifinals. On Saturday, January 12, India will begin their campaign against Bangladesh at the Bloemfontein stadium. To advance to the next round, India must finish in the top three spots in the group.

There are four groups in which three teams will advance to the Super Six stage of the competition. Twelve teams will compete in the Super Six round, split into two groups of six teams each. In the Super Six, the top two teams from each group advance to the semifinals. India U19s, Bangladesh U19s, Ireland U19s, and USA U19s make up Group A. Group C: Zimbabwe U19s, Australia U19s, Namibia U19s, and Sri Lanka U19s. Aravelly Avanish Rao (WK), Saumy Kumar Pandey (VC), Murugan Abhishek, Innesh Mahajan (WK), Dhanush Gowda, Aaradhya Shukla, Raj Limbani, and Naman Tiwari are the members of the India U19 squad. Adharsh Singh, Rudra Mayur Patel, Sachin Dhas, Priyanshu Moliya, Musheer Khan, and Uday Saharan (C) are the members of the squad.
