Luke Coutinho, a fitness and lifestyle coach, has strongly cautioned against consuming coffee when you are not feeling well.Luke Coutinho recently answered the much contested subject of whether drinking coffee first thing in the morning without meal is healthy in an Instagram post.

His answer was unmistakable and worrisome. One of the messages on his post asked, "Hormonal imbalances? Unbalanced cortisol levels? "Mood swings and anxiety spikes?"—and then a resolute response: "The worst thing to have on an empty stomach is COFFEE."Coutinho claims that drinking coffee without food might cause mood changes, elevated anxiety, and physiological imbalances. He suggests using a more balanced strategy to break this behavior. To improve digestion and general well-being, he advises drinking water and eating fruits, healthy fats, and proteins before savoring your favorite beverage.
