FoodTech Kerala to be held in Kochi from Jan 10 to 12

Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium will host the state's largest food processing and packaging expo, FoodTech Kerala, for its 15th edition from January 10–12.   The three-day exposition will serve as a hub for suppliers of ingredients and flavours to both large and small food processing facilities in the state, as well as producers of packaging and food processing machinery. Over sixty exhibitors are expected to display their goods and services, according to the expo's organisers. The Kerala Bureau of Industrial Promotion (K-BIP), Nabard, NSIC, and Norka-Roots have all endorsed and supported the event. The Food Processing Fund—Investor Meet, hosted by Nabard, will be the main event of this year's edition. The Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP) will also be holding a one-day food packaging training programme on the second day.

The K-BIP, Industries Department, is sponsoring an industrial pavilion at the expo that will showcase twenty small and medium-sized enterprises from the State.
