Baby & Mom Retail Pvt. Ltd. has officially changed its name to Kharesiya Brands Pvt. Ltd., marking a major shift from a focused baby-care company into a diversified consumer brand platform. The company said the rebranding reflects its growth over the last decade and its ambition to build a strong “House of Brands” model across multiple everyday consumer categories. Founded in 2013, the company originally focused mainly on baby-care products. With changing consumer needs and business expansion, it has now entered several categories including baby care, beauty and personal care, pet care, consumer electronics, home appliances, and lifestyle products. Under the new identity, Kharesiya Brands will work as a parent company that develops, manages, and scales different consumer brands while maintaining separate identities for each product category.

The company’s current portfolio includes OYO BABY for baby-care products, Newish for beauty and personal care, Amorite for pet care, REDCOP for consumer electronics, GADDA CO. and Mattress Protector for sleep and bedding solutions, and CORVELL for home appliances. The company aims to create trusted brands for Indian households by combining digital-first strategies, product innovation, and stronger supply-chain capabilities. According to the company, the rebranding is not only a name change but a step toward building a long-term consumer ecosystem. Kharesiya Brands plans to use a House of Brands approach, where multiple specialised brands operate under one parent organisation, allowing each brand to target different customer segments while benefiting from shared resources, technology, and operational support.

The company is also witnessing strong growth momentum and expects to cross ₹120 crore in GMV annual recurring revenue (ARR) in FY26, supported by portfolio expansion, direct-to-consumer (D2C) growth, and an increasing omnichannel presence. Founder and CEO Shish Kharesiya said the new identity represents the company’s evolution from a single-category business into a broader consumer brand-building platform. The transition comes at a time when many Indian consumer companies are adopting House of Brands strategies to build multiple specialised businesses under one umbrella. Through this move, Kharesiya Brands aims to strengthen its position in India’s growing digital commerce and consumer goods market by offering products across different lifestyle categories.
