It functioned okay for a time, however my laptop began to overheat after three months. It seems to get as high as 60 °C even when I just have Chrome open when my laptop boots up. The temperature rises as soon as I plug in the charger, making my body extremely heated. I'm trying to find ways to cool off. Does anyone have any assistance?I reside in the tropics and use my Swift X SFX14-51G-7003 model with a Gen3 1TB NVMe SSD. I've never experienced any overheating problems or shutdowns, but I did remove any bloatware and third-party apps.

However, when it comes to the Power Plan, I tried changing it to balanced but it would not get past active. Additionally, occasionally my screen just freezes while the cursor continues to travel, and since I'm relatively new, I honestly have no idea how to remedy it.
