As a neighboring country, India is also going to face challenges because of the sudden turn of events. In the border areas which are already facing heavy unemployment and corruption, these events could pose even more challenges. West Bengal Chief Minister, Mamata Banerjee has urged the people to maintain peace. The turmoil has halted travel between India and Bangladesh.
