Mailhot claims that the partnership will enable it to expand its product offerings in North America and open up new foreign markets for its current items.A firm deal has been reached for Wipro Hydraulics, the Wipro Infrastructure Engineering subsidiary that produces hydraulic cylinders and components, to buy Mailhot Industries, a company located in Canada.As a firm in the Novacap portfolio, Mailhot Industries is subject to standard closing requirements, such as obtaining regulatory approvals.
