The life-saving Safer Births program expands to more than 150 Tanzanian hospitals, affecting thousands of medical professionals.

With the goal of lowering maternal and newborn mortality, Tanzania has started implementing the second phase of the Safer Birth Bundle of Care (SBBC) initiative, which is targeting 152 hospitals across 5 regions.
