Leading members of the JD(U) hurried to the home of party president and chief minister of Bihar, Nitish Kumar, on Saturday, amid strong hints that he was considering leaving the ruling 'Mahagathbandhan' and rejoining the BJP-led NDA.Around the same time that a meeting of legislators of the RJD, the JD(U)'s current ally, was in progress, leaders such as former national president Rajiv Ranjan Singh, 'Lalan', minister and national general secretary Sanjay Kumar Jha, and state legislative council chairman Devesh Chandra Thakur arrived at 1, Anney Marg, the chief minister's official residence here.
